Point layer NULL values not accepted by BASEmesh 2.3 - Error message

Hi,

I have upgraded the BASEmesh v2.3 plugin in QGIS v3.40.7-Bratislava.

For the generation of the quality mesh, I used to have a point layer with this structure (attribute table) :

MATID    MaxArea    Hole
1           2               NULL
2           5               NULL
NULL      NULL         1
etc.

Now, i get this error message :

TypeError: float() argument must be a string or a real number, not 'QVariant'

Python version: 3.12.10 (main, Apr  9 2025, 08:14:47) [MSC v.1943 64 bit (AMD64)]
QGIS version: 3.40.7-Bratislava Bratislava, 91d544fdd4

This error message disappears when I replace the NULL values by 0.

Why does the plugin not accept the NULL values like it used to ?

This is now fixed in the latest released version BASEmesh 2.3.1.
