little understanding about friction

Dear sir ,

For 1-D grid in the x-sextions

the value of friction

default_friction = 30

0r

friction_coefficients = 30

friction ranges =(0,60)

would have same impact on the flow ?

Dear Adnan,

"default_friction" is applied everywhere if no other friction is defined.
"friction_coefficients" + "fricion_ranges" applies only to the 'ranges' you define.
