We've found a bug / an inability of BASEHPC in Basement 4.1: We run a simulation without the BOUNDARY block. We use distributed sources for precipitation and sinks for water abstraction along the edges of the model. The performance of the model is fine, until we add some STRINGDEFs in order to extract discharge curves within the model. The setup runs well, however when we start the simulation we get the error:
-> output <ns_hyd_discharge> cannot be defined within this model setup, valid are:
-> water_surface
-> water_depth
-> bottom_elevation
-> friction_chezy
-> spec_discharge
-> delta_z
-> flow_velocity
-> flow_velocity_abs
->
-> ... unfortunately BASEMENT is killed!
Once we add the BOUNDARY block and use it in any way what so ever (i. e. adding a non-important wall), the model runs fine.

Thanks for reporting this bug! We will try to fix this for the next release.
