Flood not working BM 4.0.1

Hi,
I believe there is something off with the flood module in basement 4.0.1.
I compared flood_tracking_h and water_depth at the last time step and some cells have water (as per water_depth) but are not “recorded” in flood_tracking_h.
Hereafter a collage of two images for comparison.

flood_tracking_h is above, water_depth is below
