Cross section

Excuse me, I realize I've posted question in a wrong section, so I repeat here.
I'd like to know in ther's a way to insert cross sections along stream in MD BASEPLA2D, as local control of parameters along time (h, Q,...).
In my simulation I'd to use EXTERNAL SOURCE as upstream input for both hydrogram and sediment (via disccharge files): for sediment, I also used GRAVITATIONAL TRANSPORT.
The reason stands in (many) troubles with UPSTREAN BOUNDARY. These options solved problems but, with no boundary, now I missed the possibility to control the input discharge (liquid/solid).
Thanks.

Re: Cross section

Hi Stefano

You can create stringdefs while generating your mesh and define these as stringdefs in your model setup. In the OUTPUT block, you can then select the type stringdef_history and get the hydraulic or sediment flux as output with 'Q' and 'Qsed' as stringdef_values.
