Bug with xdmf
I just discovered that if the simulation.json file ends with trsp_capacity, or any other similar variable, the xdmf will have the last variable written with the line
<DataItem ItemType="Function" Dimensions="57152 3" Function="JOIN($0, $1, 0*$1)">This will cause the xdmf to be unreadable by QGIS
