Installation of 2 BASEMENT versions on Ubuntu

Hi,

If I have installed BM3.0, is there a possibility tu run basement 2.8 on ubuntu after I have installed it? If i run from the terminal, it always comes with 3.0. Thank's

Unfortunately the package manager of ubuntu does not allow the installation of two different BASEMENT version at the same time.
