CGNS-file from Linux could not be opened in Windows
When creating an initial-run on a Linux machine, the resulting cgns-file could be used as an initial state on a windows computer. The error message says:
Failed to open file .\init.cgns error: cgio_open_file:invalid file type
This used to work up to basement v2.7.
