Interpolation tool
Hi,
I don't understand what kind of interpolation makes basemesh between elevation (elements and nodes) and quality (nodes) mesh.

in case of raster elevation data: nodes from the quality mesh (x/y) simply get assigned the elevation from raster data.
in case of elevation mesh: every node of the quality mesh (x/y) is assigned to an element of the elevation mesh and z-value is interpolated linearly.
