Zero_gradient Boundary on 2.6 and 2.7

Hi,
I simulate the same situation with version 2.6 and 2.7 of Basement (2D hydraulic model) , results are very different due to the downstream boundary condition (zero gradient).
With 2.7 version at the same time step i have more or less the 50% of the discharge at zero_gradient boundary respect to the 2.6 version (164 cms vs 380 cms with 2.6).
I used the same .bmc file made with Basement 2.6, may i have only to re-compile the .bmc with 2.7 version?.
Best Regards
Francesco

Re: Zero_gradient Boundary on 2.6 and 2.7

Dear Francesco

It's possible that several bug fixes at the outflow boundary leads to improved model behaviour using version 2.7. You may try also the 'hqrelation' using a slope (uniform flow).

I hope this helps!
Best, Lukas
