BMv4_BASEMD_converter under windows 11
As always: nice job!
I found some issues in using the BMv4_BASEMD_converter.exe tool under windows 11:
the command is not as it is written in the manual i.e., the help itself says that it should be .\BMv4_BASEMD_converter.exe -o model.json path\to\the\bmc\file (and so it works for me)
for me it only works if I copy paste BMv4_BASEMD_converter.exe and hdf5.dll to the folder where I have the bmc file, then i move there (cd path/to/bmc) and from that folder I can use the tool

Plus, if I may, I noticed a couple of typos in the Manual:
on page 92 of the pdf (page 41 of the User Manual) it should be --nthreads, not --nthreats (easter egg?
)some references are not working in the pdf (search for ?? in the pdf file)
