BASEMESH v2.0.9 - Elements not aligned at breaklines

Dear BASEMENT-Team

My breaklines are not fully respected when using BASEMESH v2.0.9 (see figure below). I tested QGIS v3.18/v3.22/v3.26. Even with very simplified geometry, I got a poor mesh. I managed to narrow down the problem to BASEMESH version v2.0.9. Could the problem be related to the coordinate system? I am using ETRS89 / UTM zone 32N. Thank you very much for your feedback.

kind regards,
Sebastian

Re: BASEMESH v2.0.9 - Elements not aligned at breaklines

Hi.

I have exactly the same issue (Qgis 3.20.1-Odense and Basemesh 2.09.9). It seams to be linked to the new version of Basemesh because with older version it works perfectly well. An example is shown on this link.

Hi, you could try to use this unrealeased version of Basemesh:
https://gitlab.ethz.ch/vaw/public/basem … ses/2.0.10
I'm currently using it and it works fine.
Best regards
