transport capacity error

Dear developers,

I stumbled into a new error with basement 2.8.2, which did not occur to me with previous versions. In particular, I tested the same simulation with basement 2.8 R5771 and with basement 2.8.2: with the first works, with the latter no.

The error I get is:

EXCEPTION -> Transport capacity is -2.45363e-19 and the fraction is 0.262516 in element CS_269.20, in file:
C:\Users\matthias\Documents\BMv2\basement-v2\src\BASEchain\BCBedLoadFlux.cpp in line 51, Version v2.8.2, compiled at: Jan 19 2022, 00:07:24

Any idea how to solve it?
