How to visualize a time variant profile animation in a 2d model

Good morning
it's possible to plot a time variant profile animation in a 2d sediment transport model?
How possibly? In Qgis I can visualize the time variant map animation, but I would analyze the profile of bed elevation, wse for two model to assess their differences, with and without sediment transport.
Thanks

Unfortunately its not possible to directly export amimations from Crayfish 2D Plot. You can export individual timesteps of datasets along cross sections or at point locations of your mesh.
However it is possible to use Python scripting in order to export all available timesteps for animations automatically. For  QGIS 2.18 you can find some example scripts on this in the plugin folder located under:  C:\Users\username\.qgis2\python\plugins\crayfish\examples
