Improvement - console of simulation

Hi,

It could be interesting to have in the console of the simulation the progress in % (as it is) but also the simulation time for exemple time= xxx s, inflow = xxx m³/s. If there is an error we can know when it's problematic.

Also, when there is a MASS BALANCE PROBLEM, it could be great to know which element is concerned by this problem.

if you activate the debug mode you can see which element(s) is (are) causing troubles.
