Installation of BASEMENT v2.8 Windows Server

Hi

I have tried to install BASEMENT v2.8 on a Windows Server without success. I get the following error:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application"

The server runs with Windows Server 2016 Datacenter
Version 1607
OS Build 14393.2312

I have tried to install the following BASEMENT v2.8 version without success:
BASEMENT_v2.8-setup.exe
BASEMENT_v2.8-setup-noadmin.exe
BASEMENT_v2.8-setup-noadmin-cluster.exe

Has anyone had the same experience?

I have not been able to use V 2.8 because my windows is 32 bit. I am continuing to use V 2.7. Regards
