ok.
If you just want to have a look at the flooded area, use BASEviz as output and then show the water depth (all dry cells will then be colored blue).
If you want to be more accurate and produce figures, use the element output and the water depth value (dry cells = 0.0, wet cells > 0.0). With this data you can create the map you are looking for (using any post-processing tools).
